Oklahoma officials are still adding up the damage from a weekend of severe weather. More than 90 tornadoes were reported nationwide, at least ten here in Oklahoma.

One storm started in western Oklahoma on Saturday afternoon and built up as it spun toward Arkansas. Among the communities hardest hit is Deer Creek in Grant County. Dozens of homes and businesses have been damaged or destroyed. And the high school sustained extensive damage to its roof.

In the town of Geary northwest of Oklahoma City, a twister destroyed homes and littered the ground with debris. There are no reports of injuries there. Not too far away, the strong winds literally unrolled several thousand-pound hay bales across a field.

As the same cell moved through Canadian County, another tornado touched down near the community of Okarche. High winds uprooted trees, damaged several buildings and downed power lines.

By the time the storm moved into Green Country, it spun off a twister near Bristow in Creek County. The storm moved east, maintaining its intensity well into Sunday morning.
