Two years ago, the I-40 bridge collapsed over the Arkansas River.
A towboat rammed two barges into the support beams of the bridge, causing it to collapse, killing 14 people.
In a settlement last week to a lawsuit, the company that owned the towboat, the towboat pilot, and the barge owner agreed to pay the state $4.5-million.
