A Broken Arrow man has thousands of unwanted neighbors. They're mosquitoes from an abandoned pool.

The pool is in back of a house at 1630 South Beech Court, that has been on the market for several months. And while it's empty, the pool in back is full of green, slimy water. It's covered with a barrier to keep children out, but that traps animals inside - and the pool cover traps water that breeds mosquitoes.

Jack Cavner: "Right now the issue is mosquitoes and we don't know what they're carrying."

The City of Broken Arrow is looking at the house as a possible code violation. Still, spraying for mosquitoes in the neighborhood doesn't start until next week.
