Whirlpool is putting $180-million into its North American plants, including its Tulsa facility. The Tulsa plant makes a variety of free-standing ranges.

The company won't say how much will be invested in the Tulsa plant specifically, but says it'll be adding to the types of ranges made here.

Despite that, Whirlpool won't be adding jobs here.
