Tulsa Police are looking for a man who has been flashing people at two local parks. The incidents happened Tuesday at Woodward Park near 21st and Peoria and Whiteside Park at 41st and Pittsburg.
The suspect is described as a white man, between 20 and 25 years old. He weighs around 150 pounds and has either a shaved head or short hair.
