Fort Gibson shooting still under investigation

Charges could be filed against a man jailed for allegedly shooting another man in the back. It happened early Sunday in Fort Gibson. <br/><br/>Police found 23-year-old Joshua Frazier was shot in the back.

Charges could be filed against a man jailed for allegedly shooting another man in the back. It happened early Sunday in Fort Gibson.

Police found 23-year-old Joshua Frazier was shot in the back. Officers say Frazier had reportedly beaten 25-year-old Jeff Risenhoover with a pipe, and then Risenhoover shot him. Frazier is hospitalized.

Officials say Frazier's injuries are life threatening. Risenhoover turned himself in to police.
