An arrest warrant has been issued for a Delaware County man indicted for child pornography by a grand jury.

The panel indicted 44-year-old Buddy Williams of Jay. Williams is accused of photographing two children, ages four and five, engaging in sexually explicit acts in September 2002.

Investigators say the photos were distributed over the Internet. Police also found computer images containing child pornography in Williams' possession.
