(Oklahoma City-AP) -- An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper and five others are the latest additions to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.

Nikky Joe Green and the others were engraved Saturday on the granite memorial during a ceremony in Oklahoma City.

Green was killed December 26th when he was shot as he tried to arrest the driver of a car that was being used as a mobile methamphetamine lab.

Governor Brad Henry last month signed a law named after Green that limits the over-the-counter purchase of pseudoephedrine tablets, a key ingredient in the production of meth.

The memorial has 628 names.
