An arraignment scheduled for a 15-year-old accused of stabbing a classmate has been delayed.

The Wagoner County DA's office says they're still waiting on a ruling from the Oklahoma Appeals Court on a defense motion to have Daniel Dillingham tried as a juvenile.

Dillingham is charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing of 16-year-old Andy Robinson as they rode the bus to school last December.
