A murder suspect is in jail, charged with the death of a woman whose body was found Friday.

27-year old Albert Mansfield is charged with first degree murder. Authorities say he killed 23-year-old Stephanie Lynn Rhoten of Collinsville. County workers found Rhoten's body Friday morning. She was floating in Horse Pen Creek near 156th Street North and Sheridan.
