Tulsa's mayor has released his idea of the city budget for the next year.

Mayor Bill LaFortune says Tulsa can spend about what it did last year - but he believes there's enough money to restore some cuts made in the police and fire service - and to give city employees a 2 % pay raise.

The Tulsa city council can look over and change the budget - but has to approve it by July 1st.
