OSU Okmulgee may end one of its noteworthy programs.

The college is recommending closing its long-standing Jewelry Technology program because of declining enrollment and the need to spend scarce resources on more popular programs.

No new students can enroll in the Jewelry Technology program. Jewelry courses will be offered to existing students through next spring.
