An early morning shooting has Tulsa Police looking for answers. It happened around 3 AM Thursday at the River Oaks Apartments near 16th and Elwood.
A resident told police he heard a disturbance in his apartment. He went into his living room and found his roommate arguing with two men, one of which was armed with a handgun.
Tulsa Police Captain Eric Dalgleish: "He stated he retreated back to his bed room, obtained a firearm, returned to the front living room and fired shots at the suspect."
The two suspects then ran from the apartment. The resident was shot in the leg, his injury is not life threatening. Police say a short time later, a man was dropped off at a local hospital with gunshot wounds, his injuries are also not life threatening.
No one else was injured in the shooting.
