Tulsa Police are investigating a bizarre fatal accident that happened in east Tulsa Tuesday night.

Officers say a woman and her mother were driving through a parking lot at 21st and Sheridan. Their car veered, sped up, and crashed into a wall. The woman who was driving was taken to the hospital.

She's expected to live. But her mother, who was the passenger, died at the scene.
