A divided Tulsa School Board approves a plan to re-draw the high school boundaries. At issue, where to draw the line for Edison High School's attendance zone.
The board originally took up the issue to give students living near Booker T Washington a home school closer to where they live. But it's which students will attend Edison that sparked the controversy.
The board decided to make the Broken Arrow Expressway Edison's northern-most boundary, in a 4-to-3 vote.
TPS says Edison has enough space to handle the extra students.
