We know more about the man who led police on a deadly high speed-chase on the Turner Turnpike near Bristow.
Authorities say 33 year-old Cesar Lira had escaped from a federal prison in Wisconsin where he was serving time for a parole violation.
They say lira’s girlfriend Marilyn Ordonze picked him up from a hospital in Milwaukee.
Friday, the couple led Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers on a chase with speeds over 100 miles per hour. They lost control on the Bristow exit of the turner turnpike killing Ordonze.
Lira and his seven year old daughter were taken to an area hospital.
