Tulsa city councilor-elect Roscoe Turner denies he did anything illegal by helping a couple of Republicans attempt to vote during the Democratic primary.

Turner says he didn't ask voters he drove to the polls about their party affiliation. The election board discovered the error - prompting an investigation of election fraud.

Turner is also accused of signing as a witness on several absentee ballots. He refused comment on that allegation.
