A Sand Springs pastor says his offer to pay visitors to attend Easter Sunday services at his church was a success.

Dan Switzer is the pastor of New Life Tabernacle. Switzer announced he'd give $10 to every new visitor older than 15.

He says the church gave out about $1,500 in all. Switzer says one person tried to cheat by going through the line more than once and several chose not to be paid for their time.
