(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma's Ole Sheldon scored the winning run as Missouri shortstop Trevor Helms fouled up the final play of the game as the Sooners' beat the Tigers 3-2.

Sheldon's single was the only hit in the bottom of the ninth, as he reached second and third through sacrifice plays.

Brandon Lance hit the ball into play, when Helms bumbled the routine hit and Sheldon scored.

Daniel McCutchen earned the win while Taylor Parker, who allowed Sheldon's single in the ninth, was credited with the loss for Missouri.
