The owners of a Kansas, Oklahoma, daycare are in custody; accused of sexually abusing some children and let them watch pornography.

Investigators negotiated the surrender of Boyd and Evelyn Luper Friday evening. Their two children are in DHS custody.

The Delaware County Sheriff's Office started investigating Evelyn's Daycare last weekend after two children told their parents they were touched inappropriately by the Lupers.

Investigators tell us they found pornography in the daycare they believe was shown to the children. The Lupers are already charged with lewd molestation and the sheriff says a range of other charges are likely.
