Some young football players are getting their shot at the big time, with a TV commercial. “And action, let’s go, let’s go!â€
That’s McAlester's Puterbaugh Middle School football team springing back into action. But it's not for a game. It’s for a Gatorade commercial. The team was chosen after a nationwide contest for "play of the year."
Kelly Richards who nominated Puterbaugh: “we sent in a football play, a hundred yard interception touchdown run."
The Gatorade commercial will air on "Channel One" a program that airs in middle and high schools nationwide.
