(Oklahoma City-AP) -- An Oklahoma County jury will consider a witness's admission of guilt as they consider the guilt or innocence of his brother in the murder of a Montana man.
Zjaiton Wood testified Friday that he fatally stabbed Ronald Reuben Wipf in the chest during a robbery in an Oklahoma City motel room.
Wood's younger brother, Termane Wood has been charged with first-degree murder, robbery with a firearm and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Wipf was killed January first 2002 during a robbery and assault.
Prosecutors believe 24-year-old Termane Wood was responsible and urged the panel not to believe what his brother said.
Termane Wood could face the death penalty if convicted.
Twenty-six-year-old Zjaiton Wood is scheduled to go on trial in the case later this year.
Wipf and a friend were in Oklahoma City to work as laborers when they met Lanita Bateman and Brandy Lynn Warden on New Year's Eve.
The women offered to have sex with the men for 210-dollars. Prosecutors say the women were the girlfriends of the Wood brothers and set the men up.
