Changes to OSU's clinic operations in Tulsa. The News on 6 received a fax of a memo Friday that Chief Operating Officer Doctor James Hess sent to clinic staff members.

The memo detailed plans to close their Harvard offices and move patients and physicians to other clinics. It also notified employees of plans to reduce business, clerical, and nursing staff, from now through June.

Affected employees will receive a severance package and could be called back if the financial picture improves.
