Muskogee - An autopsy shows that a six-year-old Checotah boy has died of high levels of methadone in his system following a visit to the dentist's office.
The source of methadone detected in Zachary Fry's body still isn't known yet.
The Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office says the death is currently classified as an accident.
Fry's mother said her son -- a first-grader who suffered from asthma -- was still asleep when he was sent home from the January Sixth dentist visit.
Doctor Edward Tarr had previously told the Muskogee Phoenix and Times Democrat that when Fry left his office, there was no indication he had a medical problem.
Tarr couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
A March 26th hearing before the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry on Tarr's sedation permit was delayed before the autopsy report was released.
A new hearing date hasn't been set.
