(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A 1-month-old Oklahoma City boy is dead after a one car crash in Oklahoma City.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Jadavion Jones was killed in the accident on Interstate 44 about 7:30 last night.

Troopers say the sport utility vehicle the boy was riding in swerved to avoid debris in the roadway, hit a retaining wall and overturned.

Troopers say the boy wasn't in a child restraint seat and was thrown from the S-U-V.

The driver and another passenger both treated and released at a local hospital.
