Police say 67-year-old Daniel Garcia shot his neighbor, 42-year-old Paul Leid, in the back after a long-standing feud.

At 2:30 pm Tuesday afternoon, officers got a disturbance call at 228 S. Toledo. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found one male shot and recovered a weapon. Officers arrested Garcia.

The victim is in the hospital, and officials say his wound is not life threatening.
