A four-year-old girl is recovering after she was hit by a van in a parking lot near 81st and Aspen. Broken Arrow Police say the girl was left in an SUV with her brother while their mother was inside a store in Broken Arrow.
They say the girl got out of the vehicle and ran across the parking lot. A man driving a van didn't see the girl, and hit her, dragging her a short distance.
At last word, the girl was hospitalized in fair condition.
