A Wagoner County District Court judge ordered a Porter teenager to stand trial for first degree murder Thursday.

15 year old Daniel Dillingham is accused of stabbing classmate Andy Robinson to death on a school bus December 8th. Despite his lawyerâ€™s efforts to have him tried as a juvenile, Dillingham will be tried as an adult.

Dillingham is due back in court later this month for a district court arraignment.
