We should know later this week if a Green Country sheriff will accept a plea deal with prosecutors.

It's a case going on in Delaware and Ottawa Counties. Delaware County Sheriff Lenden Woodruff pleaded not guilty to DUI and resisting arrest among other charges last week. Woodruff says he suffered broken ribs and other injuries when an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper arrested him.

A final decision on the plea agreement is expected Wednesday.
