When it comes to the rush hour commute times, the Big Apple is tops. But for the shortest trip to and from work a US Census Bureau report shows Tulsans are on easy street.
Tulsa comes in as second shortest in the nation at 16.8 minutes. That's just behind Wichita, Kansas.
New York City commuters spend 38 minutes going to work. The national average is more than 24 minutes, that's two minutes longer than in 1990.
The survey blames urban sprawl.
