Oklahoma's higher education officials say enrollment at the state's public colleges is on the way up. They say it's up about 3% this spring.
The state's 25 public colleges and universities report nearly 124,000 full-time students taking 15-hours.
The schools attribute the higher numbers to a sliding economy.
