(Wilburton-AP) -- The Eastern Oklahoma State College Board of Regents meets Wednesday to interview a candidate for interim president.

The board will meet with Richard Bernard who is currently vice president of academic affairs at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha. Bernard was a dean at EOSC before going to USAO.

Former Eastern president Bill Campion resigned last week following criticism of a contract he signed with a Florida company. The agreement provided academic credits for courses taught by the group in Florida.
