96 former employees of the Hale-Halsell Company are suing. The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in federal court in Tulsa, allege the plaintiffs were terminated without proper notification and that their final paychecks did not clear the bank, and other benefits were withheld.

The lawsuit names Hale-Halsell and company executive Robert D Hawk as defendants.
