Some Jenks students got a hands on lesson in science Thursday. Jenks Southeast Elementary school hosted the "Fire and Ice" show.

Hundreds of kids gathered in the school cafeteria for the 45 minute interactive experiments.

The purpose of the show is to spark the imagination and curiosity of students by providing them with a fun, educational way to find out what science is really about.
