Here’s a follow-up to a story, the News on 6 told you about last week. State Senator Sam Helton says he's withdrawing his proposed bill to require an expensive license for every unneutered dog and cat.
He says the decision comes after he received many phone calls, letters and e-mails. That's especially good news for breeders.
