A well-known Tulsa construction business owner is giving one of his Super Bowl tickets to a Citgo executive, as Tulsa battles with Houston to keep the oil giant's headquarters here.

Tulsa Mayor Bill LaFortune's office says Francis Rooney of Manhattan Construction offered the ticket to Citgo Vice-President Antonio Rivero and that Rivero accepted.

LaFortune had been hoping to find someone to contribute a ticket after Texas Governor Rick Perry invited Citgo CEO Luis Marin to the big game earlier this week.
