Democratic presidential candidate Joe Lieberman campaigned in Tulsa Thursday morning - and said the generally bad news about the economy is another sign that President Bush isn't doing enough for the middle class.
Lieberman stopped at the Metro Diner on East 11th Thursday morning to talk with a small group of supporters. He said he hasn't given up on the race - despite a poor showing in Iowa and New Hampshire.
He also commented on the local announcement of jobs lost in Bristow. Lieberman hopes to do well in Oklahoma next Tuesday.
He says he's the most moderate Democrat in the race.
