A five-year investigation into drug trafficking has resulted in federal charges against four area men.
The four were associated with the ownership or management at three convenience stores in Tulsa and one in Catoosa. They are accused of conspiracy to possess and distribute pseudoephedrine, a chemical found in over-the-counter cold and sinus medicine and a key ingredient in making methamphetamine.
Pseudoephedrine is legal, but can't be sold to anyone with intentions to use it to make meth.
