Former CFS head Bill Bartmann and his wife are also scheduled for court today. The Bartmann's want to delay collection activities of a trustee, pending an appeal of a bankruptcy judge's ruling.
A judge will consider the request.
A jury acquitted Bartmann last month of fraudulent actions that led to the downfall of CFS.
The company's collapse put nearly 4,000 people out of work, and cost investors more than a billion dollars.
