The newborn baby of a Tulsa murder victim is now home from the hospital as his family copes with the loss.

Zachary Paul Silkey was born just a week ago. He's the son of Paul Silkey, who was shot and killed during a robbery at a Git N Go convenience store last August. Zacahary weighed in at 9 pounds, 2 ounces.

He's 21 inches long. Silkey's widow says the baby looks just like his daddy. Tiffany Silkey: "I definitely want to pass along my husband's spirit to this child. That's my hope is that I raise this child to be at least half the man my husband was."

A hearing date for the man accused of killing Paul Silkey will likely be set later this month.
