An update on the weekend shooting involving a Tulsa County Sheriff's deputy. 43-year-old Sherman Ray Thompson was shot by deputy Rick Treadle.

Treadle claims Thompson tried to run over him in a stolen truck. Thompson's been charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and assault with a deadly weapon.

He's now in the Tulsa County jail.
