(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The Oklahoma City FBI office is investigating a travel company that Oklahoma fans say didn't give them Sugar Bowl tickets.
The tickets for the Oklahoma and Louisiana State bowl game were supposed to be part of a package that included airfare and hotel rooms.
Instead of tickets, Game Time Travel left unsigned letters and checks for $495 at customers' hotels in New Orleans.
The letters blamed Norman ticket broker Totally Tickets for not upholding its contract.
Mike Fletcher of Totally Tickets says his company is not at fault. He says Game Time canceled most of its order.
Totally Tickets helped some fans by trading tickets for their $495 checks.
One Oklahoma City fan says some fans paid more than a thousand dollars for each ticket and others left New Orleans early.
