A Porter High School student accused of stabbing a classmate to death, could make his way through the juvenile court system.
State authorities have until next month to determine if 15-year-old Daniel Dillingham is a candidate for treatment in the juvenile system. He's accused of using a butcher knife to kill 16-year-old Carl Andrew Robinson on a Porter School bus December 8th.
