A Tulsa gunbattle sends two people to the hospital on Christmas day. Tulsa Police believe the shooting started between two drivers near a 61st and Peoria apartment complex.

An anonymous caller contacted 911 after hearing shots at Saint Thomas apartments. One of the cars sped away with shattered glass and bullet holes. Police say both the male driver and female passenger were shot twice.

Officers say they cannot confirm it, but witnesses believe the passenger was pregnant. Witness Royce Hubble: "and they jumped the curb here coming into the parking lot, then they came to a screeching halt in the parking lot and she is screaming out the window, help us, help us, help us."

Hospital officials say the 18-year old female victim is in good condition. Authorities say the second vehicle involved in the shooting may be brown or tan, possibly an Oldsmobile.
