About 1 AM Tuesday, Tulsa Police were called to an apartment near US Highway 169 and 11th Street for a domestic disturbance involving four suspects.

Officers arrived and arrested three men at scene. They did not find the fourth. A short time later, police spotted a man matching the suspect's description. The man refused to follow orders to show his hands and the situation became tense.

Tulsa Police Captain Brad Clark: "The sergeant reached to grab his hand, felt what he believed to be a gun. The sergeant drew his weapon and a short struggle ensued with the suspect striking the sergeant's hand causing the gun to discharge."

No one was injured, and the suspect ran off. Police continue to investigate.
