(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The superintendent of Kiamichi Technology Center testified before the state's multi-county grand jury.
Superintendent Jim Beard's two-hour testimony Wednesday was closed to the public because grand jury proceedings are secret.
The grand jury is looking into accusations of wrongdoing at the CareerTech center in southeastern Oklahoma.
Grand jurors last month indicted Davey Joe Sutton, director of the Poteau campus. He is charged with witness intimidation and has been suspended.
Another center official, Chad Hull, refused to testify before the grand jury.
Hull allegedly misused a center pickup truck to haul a campaign sign touting state Representative Mike Mass for Congress.
