The former FBI agent charged with a 1981 Tulsa murder, was supposed to be in the Tulsa jail Wednesday evening.

But Paul Rico is still in jail in Miami-Dade, Florida. The Tulsa County District Attorney's office says the delay is in part because Rico was injured in jail.

Rico could be in Tulsa by the end of the month to face the charges of murdering Tulsa businessman Roger Wheeler.
