A judge says the arrest of triple-murder suspect James Kidwell and searches of his home; car and body were all lawful. Kidwell is charged with three-counts of first-degree murder.
He's accused of killing Fred Barney, Rebecca Barney, and a bystander, Kenneth Maxwell in Tulsa on February 22nd.
Kidwell's attorneys claimed there was no probable cause for his arrest. But a Tulsa County District Court judge has ruled authorities acted within the boundaries of the law.
