(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Another pretrial hearing has been scheduled in the state murder trial of Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols.

The trial judge, Steven Taylor of McAlester, has scheduled the hearing for December 23rd. It will be held at the Oklahoma County jail.

Nichols faces trial March 1st on 161 counts of first-degree murder over the Oklahoma City bombing.

He is already serving a life prison sentence for his federal convictions in the bombing.
