Accused murderer Scott Eizember appeared before a Creek County judge Tuesday morning to hear the charges against him.

His attorney entered a plea of not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill. News on 6 reporter Patrina Adger was in the courtroom and says the daughters of AJ and Patsy Cantrell were in court Tuesday to hear the charges against the man authorities say killed their parents.

Eizember wore a bulletproof vest in the courtroom; he sat stone-faced as Judge Woolery read the charges. Eizember is accused of killing AJ and Patsy Cantrell and shooting Tyler Montgomery and beating his grandmother.

Kathy Biggs and her family were also in court and sat just a row away from the Cantrell family. Debra Wyatt says it's bad enough Eizember isn't showing any remorse. But she says she's also upset because Biggs didn't come to the family until weeks after her parents were murdered. Biggs says that's simply not true.

Debra Wyatt, “They want to be forgiven for being victims, they chose to be victims of him--- That will hopefully come out."

Kathy Biggs, "I was told to stay away and not approach them- danged if I don't."

Biggs says it took her two weeks to contact the family because she was with her son Tyler in the hospital. Biggs says she understands the Cantrell’s' are upset but she says she is also hurting, losing two of the friendliest people she had ever known.

Eizember's preliminary hearing is set for January 2nd in Bristow.
